It is desirable that Government rights to lands and foreshore there required for Railway Station and for shops in line of railway in neighbourhood should be perfect. Kowloon bignonia demarcated bleakly further deplorable.
For this purpose, it is considered desirable that alternative routes should be considered by experienced Railway Engineer on British territory.
