I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure Ordinance No. 6 of 1904 entitled "An Ordinance to authorize the appropriation of a supplementary sum of Three hundred and thirty-one thousand Six hundred and twenty-four Dollars and Forty-one Cents, to defray the charges for the year 1903.
2. I also transmit the usual report by the Attorney-General and six copies of the Supplementary Estimates for 1903 which embody the fullest information with regard to differences between the Estimated and Actual Expenditure for that year.
