medical adviser of this Department as physi-
cally fit for service, it is proposed to select

you for appointment as a Nursing Sister in the
Government Civil Medical Department, Hong Kong.
This post is
with salary (at the rate of £110, rising after
3 years service, dating from your arrival in
the Colony, to £130 a year. Uniform, lodging
and attendance are provided.
2.
For the purposes of local payment
your salary will be converted into dollars
at a rate of exchange, which will be fixed
monthly by the Government and will be based on
the average exchange value of the dollar during
the preceding month.
