Paraphrase of a Telegram from The Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong to Mr. Lyttelton.

I have no information as to report referred to in your telegram of yesterday. The "Handy" is in reserve and has not left the neighbourhood of Hong Kong this year. No Japanese Officers or effects have reached this Colony in any of His Majesty's Ships.
