The following are the details re Presentation to Messrs. Woodcock and Bryan in March last.
This matter was first suggested by two or three of the Sanitary Inspectors at the Hollywood Road Office.
I was present at the time, and accept any responsibility or blame in the matter.
Two Lists were prepared and circulated, but were confined entirely to the Sanitary Department.
