With reference to your telegram of the 5th instant enquiring whether any licence had been granted to Lloyds' for the installation of Wireless Telegraphy, I have the honour to inform you that on the 6th idem I replied as follows.
Referring to your telegram of the 5th July no application received.
2. The only licence which has been granted up to date under Ordinance 7 of 1903, is a yearly one terminable at will which has been issued to the Eastern Extension Telegraph Company in order to enable them to communicate with their repairing Ships.
