British Minister at Peking has telegraphed that he has no copy of Indian Immigration Act nor amendments are sent to Peking and Tien-tsin.

Please see that copies of Act and its use. Presume Walter has copies for his own.

In answer to your telegram of 27th June no copies available, have suggested Walter telegraph Calcutta for copies for himself, Minister and Consul-General.
