5. Artemio Ricarte "Vibora" is well known for the part he has taken in the affairs of the Philippine Islands for years. I may be excused reporting on him at length now, seeing that he has been arrested down there. I attach a newspaper cutting for reference. Note his position on the photograph.
6. Primitivo Artacho is also well known for his insurrectionary propensities for years past. He was a member of the old Junta.
7. Petronilo Perez is living with Rivera and Artacho and is a member of the Junta.
8. Francisco Roman only left St. Joseph's College a year ago. He is a member of the Junta and is living with Rafael de Leon.
9. Luis Santos came from Manila with Perez about 3 years ago, and is living with him, and working in the interests of the Junta.
10. Elias Morales is a barber. He is a worker for the Junta.
11. Atilano Mercado plays the piano at the Globe Hotel and devotes his spare time to reading and promulgating literature in the interests of the Junta.
