21 and 75 and Inland Lots 1140 and 1141, for the Praya roadway in front of the two former, on which it is proposed to erect warehouses, to be taken over by them in exchange for an area adjoining Salisbury Road to enable that thoroughfare to be widened to 100 feet in width.
The details of the arrangements are fully set forth in the accompanying schedule. The Crown Leases for Land Reclamation Company's Lots have not yet been issued and reference is therefore made to the Conditions of Sale.
