He has not had quite two years Experience of teaching (see paper of particulars 42575) but he has been so employed in Barbados and England since January 1903 under whom he has worked. The Masters he has worked under have given satisfactory replies and he made an excellent impression on Mr Lyttelton when he called. I need not be troubled. I offer appt.
