I hereby certify, that with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of Government, I have granted to Mr. George Albert Woodcock, Secretary, Sanitary Department, four months' less one day vacation and eight months' leave of absence on half salary, with permission to apply for an extension of six months.
Mr. Woodcock's half pay leave begins on 6 July, 1904 and his full pay leave ceases on 29th July 1904.

I hereby certify, that Mr. has received Full salary at the rate of $360 per annum as Secretary, Sanitary Department up to the 29th July 1904, and that he is entitled to salary at the rate of $180 per annum from the 30th July 1904, inclusive, and thereafter to salary at the rate of $180 per annum. The dollar, being the net amount due to him after deducting his contribution to the Widows' and Orphans' Fund.
He will draw his salary whilst on leave in England.
Mr. Woodcock is entitled to an allowance of £80 per annum on this 19th day of March 1904.
