With reference to your letter No. 447/03/Ex. dated 24th July, 1903, I have the honour to inform you that the estimate of $25,000 is made up as follows, viz:-

Two Galleries, each 173 feet long including Target store and the supply of target frames.... $12,360.

Shelter for 100 men say 40' by 15' of corrugated iron. 1,800.

Latrines.. 720.

Workshop.. 1,125.

Quarters for Range Warden consisting of living room, scullery, two bedrooms, bath, etc......... 4,400.

Water supply. 1,200.

General work on site.. 1,200.

(e.g. levelling where required, etc.)

$22,805.

Contingencies say. 2,195.

Total.. $25,000.
