Extract from the Minutes of the Executive Council
dated 14th January, 1904.
"Considered in Executive Council this day and
advised that as Inspector Grice had failed to reply to the list
of charges furnished to him or to appear in his own defence
before Council, he should be suspended from the exercise of his
duties with a view to dismissal from the Service."
