With reference to Sir Henry Blake's Despatch No. 289 of the 17th June, 1903, I have the honour to transmit for your information a copy of a letter from the Crown Solicitor, stating that the Court of Appeal has reversed the decisions of the Land Court on the Kowloon City Foreshore and Ngautaukok to Lye mun Foreshore Cases. A further report on the subject will be furnished to you in due course.
