J. A makes an offer containing certain terms and
B purports to accept the offer but in doing
so modifies some of the terms.
In Hongkong, there is no contract if B
informs against C.A.
Similarly, there was
no condoning no ad idem
between the W.P.W. Co
and J.P.W.W. Probably there had been further correspondence, and the inference is that he bustled his modification of the Co's cross-section
"approved cross-section", which he was not entitled to do.
However, as the
cross-section has now been deposited representing the working agreement come between the parties, I should be inclined to
proceed with the proposed

Public Works.
