The corresp. forwarded by the J.P.10 Gow, it just stops short of proving his case. hors heigh & Orane yo onterhalf of the C. deposited cross-section. After an Exchancy's of comp, the D.PW, finally in his letter of 27 Dec 1902 approved of the cross-section subject to modifications. There is no letter from hot, or the Co or its Agents to show that they agreed to those modifications. It therefore appears that the D.PW. approved of a cross-section which, both in fact and law, the Co never deposited.
