On behalf of Mr. J. W. Korten, by the Registrar who has consulted me as his legal adviser, I have taken upon myself to address you shortly with reference to the Commission and Report to inquire into the working of the Registry of the Supreme Court and which so materially affects Mr. Kyshe.
Mr. Kyshe, upon whom the Commission has really sat as the evidence and report clearly shows, has just cause to complain of the manner in which this Commission has been formed and also of the evidence as obtained and taken against him and of the finding based on mere ex-party unsupported biased statements given with the apparent view of removing him from Office and, as appears to be so to any impartial mind brought to bear upon the subject and by those who have knowledge of such matters and are enabled to judge and give opinion thereon.
