be correct I consider his capacity to contribute towards his own support is impaired.
(c) I see no reason for believing that this impairment is likely to be permanent.
(a) His retirement is not attributable solely to his injuries. He was invalided for malaria and debility.
The decision in this matter entirely depends on what reliance is to be placed on Mr. Taylor's statements.
Objectively there is no evidence of serious permanent injury.
