I doubt whether in this case the width of the space between the lines of tramway under Sec. 13 comes within the acceptance of the

I think Sec. 13 & 14 of the orders must be read in close connection, the intention being that the Company should maintain & repair under Sec.14 what they before constructed under Sec. 13
