Referring to your favour of 20th inst. No 6254/1903 I beg to forward herewith my testimonials and also a cutting from the China Mail. I shall esteem it a great favour if you will have the goodness to forward them for the consideration of His Excellency the Governor of Hong Kong when determining Pension, being now an invalid and wholly incapacitated through my work in the Colony. I beg the consideration of my authorities for services which I have always rendered with satisfaction.
