(a) Complete system for the control & surveillance of all arms & ammunition which enter the Colony, it's possession and the following provisions:

No arms or ammunition may be imported into the Colony without a permit from the Captain Superintendent of Police on payment of the fee of $1200 generally, formerly $10 for "sporting" arms only.

A license is required for dealers, who were previously licensed by the Registrar General at a fee of $10 a year. Arms may only be moved or exported with an export permit from the Captain Superintendent of Police.

The provision as regards export has, as a matter of fact, been in abeyance ever since the Ordinance was passed, because during that period, the export of arms has been prohibited by Proclamation under Ordinance, & no arms may be exported except by special permit from the Governor.

No person may "carry arms" without a license.
