Letters and post-cards for that place marked for transmission viâ Siberia are sent hence in the mail for the British Post Office at Chefoo; and it is thought that the Wei-hai-Wei Post Office will be able to send to Chefoo any correspondence for this Country intended for conveyance by the new route.
