In reference to your letter of the 22nd of September (Tily 82) and to subsequent correspondence,
I am directed by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to transmit to you, to be laid before Mr. Secretary Lyttelton, copies of two despatches marked in the margin, from His Majesty's Chargé d'Affaire at Washington, respecting the Parcel Post Convention between United States and Hong Kong.
