Errata.
Towards the end of the Report, the words: "the timber trade in Indo-China has been reserved," &c., should read: "exploitation of forests product in Tonquin," &c.
Transit Trade. The statement that the yarn for Yünnan came in about equal quantities from India and Japan was based on the report of the French customs, but further investigation appears to show that it is nearly all Indian.
