I have the honour to transmit to Your Lordship herewith a copy of a report which I have received from Colonel Ducat, Military Attaché to this Legation, on the subject of the importation of arms into China from Hongkong.
I have forwarded a copy of Colonel Ducat's report to the Governor of Hongkong.
