With reference to previous correspondence on the above subject I have the honour to state that our Solicitors inform us that no effectual steps having been taken by the Appellants for the prosecution of the appeal, the same has been dismissed by the Registrar of the Privy Council who has caused notice of such dismissal to be sent to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong.
