I discussed the petition on two occasions with Professor Simpson. I believe that his opinions on the sanitary points coincide with my own.
He has not however seen the final report. It might be well to send him a copy, asking him for an expression of opinion.
I would be glad to receive your instructions to proceed with the revision of the Ordinance.
