I am directed by W. Sec. Lyttelton to acknowledge receipt of letter D. W1264 of 19 4103 in which you referred to the Naval Ranges at Hungking & Stonecutter's Island.
W. Lyttelton would be much obliged if this Dept could be furnished, for purposes of record, with a copy of plan of Harbour having been asked for in the letter from this dept. of 16th instant.
