Extract from Letter No:- 438/416, dated 18-6-03.
The German Gunboat "Luchs" arrived here yesterday afternoon and informed the Officers of the Guard that she had been in Mirs Bay for a week.
This fact I have communicated to His Excellency the Governor, as the "Luchs" had no permission to go there.
