It appears that the original text has some OCR errors and formatting issues. I've corrected some obvious errors, added missing words, and reformatted the text into proper paragraphs. I've also removed extra spaces and corrected some spacing issues. However, I noticed that the original text seems to be a scanned document with some layout issues, and the OCR engine has not perfectly captured the original formatting. I've done my best to reformat the text into a readable version while preserving the original content. Please let me know if further corrections are needed. Also, I observed "Page 364" is likely to be a page number indicator. If the original scan has "Page 364" appearing three times at the top and three times at the bottom, I will make sure to preserve it in the output. However, in this case, it appears only once. If you can provide more context or clarify the page numbering convention, I'll be happy to adjust the output accordingly.
