Admiralty are interested as bearing on the Arsenal Yard,

where the Naval Ordnance Stores are stored, and which

would have no water frontage at all.

The third objection which I wish to raise in

connection with the whole scheme of Reclamation, is that

the Man-of-War anchorage, already insufficient to meet the

requirements of the Fleet, will be seriously curtailed.

The loss of the berths of four vessels and all the

lighters' moorings is involved.

I am forwarding copies of this correspondence to the

Commander in Chief for the consideration of the Admiralty.

I have the honour to be,

Sir,

Your Excellency's obedient Servant,

(Sgd) C.G. Robinson.

Commodore.
