With reference to Mr. Morton's letter No.6137 of the 26th March and to previous correspondence, I have the honour to transmit for your consideration the enclosed copy of a letter, with plan, which I have caused to be addressed to the Military Authorities regarding a proposed readjustment of the eastern boundary of the reclamation which is being made in front of the War Department Property adjoining the Naval Yard.
I presume that if the Military Authorities agree to the readjustment of the boundary the Naval Authorities will have no objection to such readjustment.
