I have cxamined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to further amend The New Territories Land
Court Ordinance, No.13 of 1800,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions.
The object of this Ordinance is to empower the
Governor to facilitate and accelerate the work of the New
Territories Land Court by adding members thereto when
necessary.
