The Company to keep the space shown on tracing submitted by the General Manager to the West- ward of the aree applied for, clear of buil- dings and to maintain same as a street extend- ing between Bulkeley Street and Market Street.

The Governrent to have the right to remove

the kerbs, channels, gutters, mains, &c., with- in 2 months of the date of the letter mention- ed in (a).

The Company to bear the expense of any alter- ation required in the drainage of the streets on account of the portions handed over to them being so enclosed as to render unavailable existing arrangements.

The necessary leases to be surrendered to enable a new lease of hunghow Inisnd Lot 24, including the extension, to be issued for the unexpired portion of its term.
