TERMS OF POSSESSION by the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty of
ALL THOSE pieces or parcels of ground situate at.
which said pieces or parcels of ground with the abuttals and measurements thereof are more particularly delineated and des- cribed on the plan hereunto annexed and are thereon coloured red and are registered in the Land Office as
shall be held by the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty upon the following terms and conditions:-
1. The said
shall be held by the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty as part of the property..........
and the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty shall yield up the same to the Government of Hongkong whenever and so soon as the said
shall be no longer required by the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty for occupation for Naval purposes.
2. All reservations of stones and minerals and all covenants and Stipulations by Crown Lessees with reference to drainage, repairs, and nuisances usually inserted in Crown Leases of lands in Victoria in the said Colony of Hongkong shall be deemed and accepted by the Lords Commissioners of the Admiral: -ty as part of the reservations and exceptions and stipulations of the terms herein comprised.
9. All powers and duties of the Director of Public Works as the Surveyor of His Majesty conferred upon him by such Grown Leases or by any Ordinance in force in the said Colony of Hongkong are hereby conferred upon the Director of Public Works by these present terms.
