Sie,
i have the honour to accept Your Excel-
lency's decision in the recent incident between the Registrar of
the Supreme Court and myself,

I withdraw paragraphs Nos. 9 and 10 of my
letter of the 28th. May last.
8.
As I have not been requested to reply to
any of the statements made in the letter of the Registrar dated
the 30th. May last, i assume that Your Excellency discredits them
and that Your Excellency's kinute of the 31st. May extends to
and covers all unbecoming expression which occur in that letter.
4.
I also wish to record that there are
several allegations in the same letter to which 1 must not be
understood to assent.
5.
i presure that all the correspondence,
together with Your Excellency's Minute of the 31st. May, will be
filed so as to be on record in the Department of the Colonial
Secretary.

ly handed to me on Saturday the 31st. May are returned with
