The Acting Fuisne Judge,

You most provokingly insulted me in

your Chambers after having seut for me and obtained my

explanation. Unless you apologise for your peculiar conduct.

I decline to comply with your request. At all events, you

might take the trouble now of looking up authorities your-

self. By your attitude yesterday towards one of my stand-

ing and position it seems to me that you very much mis-

conceive your position and I am prepared to address the

authorities on the subject.

(Sa.) J. h. Norton Kyshe,

Registrar.

May 27th., 1902.
