Sir,
I have the honour to acknowledge the re-
ceipt of Your Excellency's letter enclosing, for my information
and remarks, Mr. Kyshe's answer to the complaint I conveyed in
my letter of the 8th. instant, and asking me to forward the
papers also to Mr. Justice Wise for any remarks he might wish
to offer.
