Sir,
I have the honour to transmit for the
signification of His Majesty's pleasure the accompanying
Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Five Million Two Hundred and Thirty-Eight Thousand Seven
Hundred and Ninety-Two Dollars to the Public Service for the
year 1904".- No. 17 of 1903.

with six copies of the Estimates for 1904, two Memoranda ex-
planatory of the Estimates for Revenue and Expenditure respec-
tively, an Abstract shewing the difference between the Estimates
of Expenditure for the current year and next year, a Statement
of Assets and Liabilities on the 31st. December, 1902, a
Schedule showing the estimated balance of Assets and Liabilities
on 31st. December, 1903, and a Statement regarding the position
of the Loan Account.
