$100 for the light and its structure and $300 for a hut to accommodate the man in charge. The actual lighting will cost $10 a month and the trimmer's wages 8 a month.

If you approve of these proposals I have the honour to request your authority for this expenditure which it has not been possible to provide for in next year's Estimates which have already been laid before the Council.
