In continuation of my Despatch No.\403 of
the 21st. ultimo, under cover of which I forwarded copies of
a Memorandum on Plague, I have the honour to transmit herewith
20 copies of further minutes hearing on the same subject,
from which you will see that many lines of investigation into
the nature and causes of the disease are being carried on in
this Colony, with interesting and possibly instructive results.
