As will be observed, i have only recommend-
ed the distribution of £12. 10. 0 per month, instead of the full amount lapsing, viz:- £25. My reason for this is that none of the officers concerned are entitled to Exchange Compensation, and i consider the amounts now recommended to be fair and reason-
-able.
