MARRANT TO AFFREHEND.

Tc each and all of the Constables of the said Colony, and to all other Constables of the said Colony.
WHEREAS information having this day been laid before the undersigned, a Magistrate of the said Colony for that Cheong Cho Ting alias Ko Cho Ting and another on or about the 25th. day of Murch, 1903, in this Colony, feloniously wilfully, and of their malice aforethought, did kill and rurder one Hung Tsun Bui against the peace of our Lord the king his Crown and dignity, and oath being now made before me substantiating the matter of such information.
These are therefore, to cormand you, in his Majesty's name, forthwith to apprehend the said Cheong Cho Ting alias ko Cho Ting and to bring him before one of the Magistrates of the said Colony, to answer to the said information and to be further dealt with according to law.
