I enclose photographs of the drawings for
the building together with a copy of an explanatory memorandum
which accompanied them.
The design seems to meet in a very satis-
factory manner the requirements of the various Departments
concerned, and the building will wear a handsome appearance.
It is estimated that it will take 4 years
to complete it, and I propose to provide a sum of $40,000 in
the Estimates for next year for the work.
