In reply to your Despatch No. 195 of the 22nd. May last, I have the honour to inform you that I have caused the Patent Office to be supplied direct with extracts from the Gazettes referred to in paragraph 2 thereof. The instructions contained in paragraph 3 have also been complied with. I take this opportunity of pointing out that by Govern- ment Notification No. 118 of 3rd. March last, a copy of which I enclose, it is now necessary to gazette notices of the grant
of Letters Patent.
