Hongkong, 21st. February, 1903.
I have the honour to inform you that at
the General Meeting of the Hongkong Rifle Association held yester-
day evening the following resolution proposed by myself and
seconded by Mr. D. Macdonald was put and carried unanimously
"That the Hongkong Rifle Association do amalgamate with the Army
Rifle Association".
