to state that 1 accept the corrections in areas of Land to be
given up by the Colony contained in your remarks dated the 13th.
instant.
I have altered my valuation accordingly and endorsed the sketch plan of building sites near the Customs Fass,
and I return both documents herewith.
The valuation now shows a balance of
$59,261,80 in favour of the War Department.
