lease, commencing from the 21st. December, 1891. The difference

between the areas now proposed to be dealt with is:-

Extensions Resumption

I submit that applicants be informed that

the boundaries of their lot will be altered in accordance with

the plan accompanying their application, subject to the follow-

ing conditions:-

(1).

The lease of Kowloon Marine Lot 33 to be surrendered and a new lease to be taken out

for the lot as re-adjusted and for the unexpired term of the existing lease.

(2).

Premium at the rate of 30 cents per

Square Foot to be paid for the additional area to be included in the new 'lease.

(3).

Crown Rent, at the rate of $350 per acre to be paid for such additional area.

.(4).

The full amount of the premium to be paid into the Treasury within one week of the date of a letter signed by the Director of Public Works, requiring such payment to be made, and Crown Rent to commence from the date of the said letter.

.(5).

Applicants to hand over to Government free

of buildings, within 3 months of the date of the said letter, the area along the Northern boundary of the lot required for widening the existing road to 100 feet in width.

,(6).

Applicants to reclaim out to their new line of frontage and hand over to Government, within 2 years of the date of the said letter, the road between Kowloon Marine Lots 28 and 33. ›(7). Applicants to reclaim out to the line of frontage of Kowloon Marine Lot 42 and hand over to Government, within 2 years of the date of the said letter, the road between Kowloon Marine Lots 33 and 42.

(8).

The ends of the said roads to be protect- ed by substantial sea-walls to the satisfaction
