I have the honour to transit for your
consideration the enclosed copy of a letter from the Director
of Public Works on the subject of proposed extensions of Kor- loon Marine Lot No. 33.

The owner of the Lot is prepared to accept
the terms set out in Mr. Chatham's letter and I have to re- commend that the extensions be granted him on those terms.
In the meantime the proposed reclamation will be advertised in the Government Gazette under Ordinance
