With reference to Your Excellency's letter No. 239/65-2/17 of the 24th, witimo, and previous correspondence, regarding the boundary between War Department Property and the Praya East Reclamation, I have the honour to enquire whether the Military Authorities are prepared to acept the condition that the line 0.5 in the plan transmitted under cover of my letter 388/1903 -0.9.0. of the 21st, ultimo, shall define the boundari- es of the Praya East Reclamation at coping level, the slope of the rubble mound required in connection with the carrying out of the Reclamation to be allowed to project beyond that line.
